This evening, join a cooking class that explores the flavors and history of Peruvian cuisine. With incredible biodiversity, this country boasts a myriad of ingredients and distinct regional cultures that have made it the culinary capital of Latin America. We’ll learn to make two classic regional dishes, ceviche and lomo saltado, and finish by feasting on the fruits of our labor.

Choji is the best host and a talented cook. I loved everything from his playlist to his jokes, and especially the food. It was cool to learn about the history of both of these iconic Peruvian dishes (ceviche and lomo saltado), and also the techniques to make them great. (I’ll never cut a tomato the same way again!) This is a fun and delicious evening in a convenient location (the Selina’s common kitchen). BYOB and come hungry.
