Constantinople to Istanbul tour invites you to discover the early civilizations of Istanbul such as Byzantium and Ottoman Empire. Tour starts with the fresh breezes of Bosphorus during the ferry ride and you walk to the Sirkeci Train Sation (of Orient Express) to Imperial Gardens of Gülhane.
Next stop is Topkapı Palace. Located on Sarayburnu (Seraglio Point), Topkapı Palace overlooks both the Marmara Sea and the Bosphorus Straight at historical peninsula of Istanbul. Topkapı Palace is the residential seat of 24 Ottoman Emperors (1453-1856) and it has many exhibiton halls, treasury section and also the Harem.
Hagia Sophia will be the next treasure to discover. The historical, architectural, religious and political iconic landmark of the timeless city serving Christianity for 916 years (537-1453) followed by 481 years of Islamic Era then converted into a musuem in 1935, lately in 2020 it is converted to a mosque again.
