Description
Join a cooking class that explores the flavors and history of Peruvian cuisine. With incredible biodiversity, this country boasts a myriad of ingredients and distinct regional cultures that have made it the culinary capital of Latin America. We’ll learn to make two classic regional dishes, Ceviche and Lomo Saltado, and finish by feasting on the fruits of our labor.

Meet Our Local Host
The host will be Maurice, a great friend of RY in Lima. He has lots of experience teaching about Peruvian food history and giving cooking classes

- Meet us at Selina’s common kitchen and enjoy the experience
- Our host will start explaining the history and influences of Peruvian cuisine
- The cooking class starts! Gather your props and start preparing your dishes
- After a good amount of facts/knowledge have been shared, your host may do a little trivia
