Frequently Asked Questions
I chose this mid week experience mainly because I absolutely love markets. My bias is that I could spend hours wandering around them. This was special and I think Paco was the perfect person to take us through this experience, having grown up in a family that leans a bit more to the spiritual and magic of the city, made it just an epic experience. He explained what we were seeing, why it was important and was vulnerable with personal stories of how he was raised in and the remedies he had the opportunity to experience growing up. It made everything we saw personal and tangible. We started at the witch market and ended at the flower market which was awesome because we didn't have to worry about wilting flowers and got to catch the end of the Mother's Day rush in CDMX at the flower market. We ended with the reading from local witches who, quite honestly, shocked me at the accuracy of their reading and affirmed a number of things I have been thinking about. If you can't make the rest of the day, I recommend at least coming to the reading at the co-working space because it was an amazing cap to the day. Paco also made the day super special by sending us home with little gifts for us to keep with us to remember the magic and beauty of the city. It wasn't at all expected, but gave us something super special to remember the day.
Seeing the witchcraft and flower markets was a fun experience that I wouldn’t have known to do on my own, and Omar was the perfect witch to show us around. We ended with a group card reading which was a great way to get to know each other better too. I wouldn’t consider myself all that witchy but I absolutely loved this day, and would recommend it to everyone!
A great day from start to finish. Nothing we did are things I would have thought to do on my own, so I’m glad Omar took us to these places. Take the day off work, bring a little cash for the markets, and you will love it!
Due to work, I was only able to join for the second half of the day though what I was able to participate in was great! The bouquet workshop and tarot experience was really nice. Would recommend this experience to other remotes!
