Tour of one of Palermo's most picturesque and ancient markets, La Vucciria, where we will shop for fresh pasta. We will then walk to the chef's home, in the historic center of Palermo. Once home, we will prepare various formats of fresh egg and classic water pasta with him and the preparation of 2 sauces with which we will then taste the pasta.

Meet our local host
Antonio Campo is a young Sicilian chef. After studying architecture in Rome, he decided to follow his vocation for haute cuisine by training at a school of the sector and working hand in hand with Cristina Bowerman at the restaurant Glass Hostaria, in Trastevere, and at the opening of Romeo, in the Testaccio district. He is now the chef at Moltivolti. His creative research has vegetables and international cuisine in general as its main focus.
Antonio's culinary motto is that of the master Gualtiero Marchesi: 'it is evident that one must refer to tradition, but one must forget it, without betraying it through ignorance, negligence, or not wanting to take it into account'.
